Our experience includes work with listed buildings and so these are always included in our project sourcing.

What kind of developments do you do?

Our key areas of work involve commercial conversions, acquiring planning uplift on land for new builds and refurbishment of existing blocks of apartments. For sites where we are involved in the construction phase, we look to work with main contractors and these sites are for between 5 and 30 new units.

Are you building new houses?

New build units are part of our strategy going forward. We seek to work with experienced and reputable contractors in these projects.

Where are your developments?

Our investors invest via a loan agreement and we do not use joint venture agreements unless and apart from if we do so with a main contractor.
