We are are interested in commercial conversions, acquiring planning uplift, title splits and working with landowners and contractors.

Our experience includes work on listed buildings and so these are always included in our project sourcing.

We work with property and landowners to create value for all parties through: acquiring planning uplift, converting commercial buildings, refurbishing existing blocks of apartments and title splitting. We also look at new build units where we can partner with experienced, highly professional contractors.

What kind of developments do you do?

We look for existing commercial or mixed-use property (including listed buildings) existing blocks of apartments and opportunities where we can seek planning uplift on existing land or property. The size of the development we look for is something that can produce four to twentyfive units.

Are you building new houses?

New build units are part of our strategy going forward. We seek to work with experienced and reputable contractors in these projects.

Where are your developments?

We aim to develop mainly in the South West of England but develop out of area if the right opportunity arises and have done so in the past.

How can I invest in your developments?

Our investors mainly invest via a loan into the company. However, on bigger projects, we would discuss creating a joint venture partnership where appropriate and properly executed. See our Investors section in this website and contact us to find out more.
