How much money can I invest?
This depends on the amount required for the projects available for you to invest in. The most common amount being invested is £150,000 however, we have investors investing smaller and larger amounts than this.
How long can I invest for?
For development projects, this is most likely to be from six months to two years. For our co-living projects, it can be for a year to five years and is offered on a rolling basis. We always ask our investors how long they are looking to invest for and are often able to offer two or three options.
What rate of return can I expect?
This will depend on what is being offered on the project and whether it is a rental or development project. As a starting point, we will ask our investors what rate of return they are looking for and for how long.
When do I get paid my interest?
For the majority of rental projects, interest is paid monthly. For all development projects, the interest is usually rolled up to the end of the project.
How secure is my money?
Investing your money anyway will never be entirely risk free, but we have great testimonials from our investors and many of them are repeat investors having enjoyed all the interest they were expecting, as well as the return of their capital on time. The security offered varies between projects and is discussed with our investors during initial conversations.
