How much money can I invest?

This depends on the amount required for the projects available at a given time. Typically amounts start from £50,000 and can be up to several hundred thousand pounds.

How long can I invest for?

For development projects, this is most likely to range from eighteen months to several years depending on the project and your needs as an investor. For our rental properties, it can be from two to five years and is offered on a rolling basis.

What rate of return can I expect?

This will depend very much on the project type, the length of the project and investment amount. As a starting point, it will need to be viable within the relevant project and we will ask you what rate of return you are looking for and over what period of time.

When do I get paid my interest?

For our development projects, the interest is rolled up to the end of the project and paid out on the sale or refinance on units depending as per the agreement we put in place and as a company, we will always be paid last. For our rental projects, interest is always paid monthly, unless you prefer to receive interest annually.

How secure is my money?

There is always risk in investing, however, we spend considerable time and money evaluating projects to find and mitigate as many risks as possible from the start. We then continue to manage and mitigate risks throughout projects to create the best financial outcomes. Investing money will never be entirely risk free, however our testimonials from investors, including from repeat investors, demonstrate our competence and management capabilities. Any specified security offered is project and funding dependent and is discussed with our investors during initial conversations.

How can I invest in your developments?

Our investors invest via a loan agreement into the company for an attractive return. For serious enquiries, we will provide you with an investor pack before discussing any individual deals.
